You can make a reservation at our campsite by E-mail. It can't be easier. What do you have to do:

Take care you fill in your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address correctly!
Print the form for your own administration
Transmit the reservation order by pressing the "SUBMIT" button
We confirm your reservation request by e-mail en you will receive further instructions concerning pre-payments.

the Mobil Homes of la Clapère

	The mobil homes must be hired by week. Arrival on Saturdays after 3.00 PM. Departure on Saturdays before 10.00 AM.
	mobil homes are equipped with piped water, refrigerator, gas, electricity, plates and dishes, parasol, table and garden chairs.
	Linen and sheets have to be brought along by the tenants.
	A reservation will be definitive after reception of a down-payment of 30% of the total sum. The rest should be paid on arrival.
	An inventory will be provided by the reception on arrival. All damage to the inventory or missing objects at the end of the stay will be subtracted from a deposit of € 150,-, made on the day of arrival.
	The mobil homes have to be left clean on departure, in case of the contrary, a sum of € 35,- will be charged for cleaning.
	Every stay that has commenced must be paid for in total for the period booked in advance.
	No refunds will be given on the down-payments and other payments made, they can, however, be reserved for a later stay ext year.
	For mobil homes-rentals no refunds will be given when a cancellation is made less than 2 month prior to the date of arrival.
